How does it work?
The DBRF15-01 is a simple break-beam system. It is powered by two (2) 3.6V Lithium AA sized, one (1) in each sensor. The DRBF15-01 can (optionally) communicate counts to an STC collector wirelessly making it a fully wireless solution. It is simple to install using the provided ultra-sticky double sided tape or screws. It can operate in either front firing or side firing mode. Once the receiver stops seeing the infra-red beam generated by the transmitter, this indicates someone has walked between the sensors, and a count is generated.
